Hours: Part time - 30 hours per week (Full Time Equivalent 35)
Salary: £23,000 per annum (Full Time Equivalent)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract to 31st March 2026 with the possibility of extension subject to funding

We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Worker to join our established Families Team working on the Supported Families Programme. As one of our Key Workers, you will develop and deliver a range of targeted Early Help services which will achieve and sustain positive outcomes for families.
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team who has previous experience working with families and young people.
Education and Qualifications:
1. A relevant Level 3 qualification and/or equivalent experience
2. Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
3. First Aid Qualification or willingness to work towards
4. Professional qualification as a children’s workforce practitioner (e.g. qualified teacher, youth worker, social worker or healthcare practitioner)
5. NVQ Level 3 working with parents
6. Safeguarding Level 2 and 3
7. PCV/D1 driving licence
Skills and Experience:
1. Experience of providing support to children, young people and families
2. Practical understanding of contemporary issues relating to children, young people and families
3. Practical experience of delivering interventions that support children, young people and families
4. Experience of programme design and evaluation against set outcomes
