We are currently recruiting for a Technical Team Administrator for our client in Salford M6. Job role: Technical Team Administrator Pay: £12.56 p/h (PAYE) Start date: 3/3/2025 Duration: 12 Months Location: Salford M6 A valid DBS is essential for this role. General Overview: This role offers an opportunity to develop the sites technical document control and Sub-contractor management skills, whilst assisting in the development and implementation of the client's Technical Compliance within the Contract. Reporting to the Head of Estates, the successful candidate will work amongst the clients Estates team with a focus on supporting and facilitating the delivery of Technical Compliance on site Key duties and responsibilities: Assigning Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks to Engineers Daily monitoring of completion of PPM and chasing Engineers Assist in the ongoing management of the Maximo CAFM system ensuring it is up to date and correct at all times. Support chase through and completion of Outstanding Jobs, ensuring notes are up to date and first response times are met. Assist in the upkeep of O&M Manuals & addition of assets/PPM to the CAFM system following completion of project works on site. Ensuring compliance of all works documentation. Ensuring the Estates Team LOP's are in place, reviewed annually. Both electronic/hard copies are maintained. To support the administrative process within the Estates Team. Calling out and ongoing liaison with contractors and clients. Provide technical document control support and undertake audits to ensure adherence to policy and statutory/Company Compliance. Assist with supporting the Estates team during audits by external or internal auditors. Undertake general admin activities, including printing, scanning and binding. Monitoring reactive jobs and highlighting any that fall over the maintenance cap on site. Assist in the collation of information to facilitate Damage claims with the client Attend departmental walk arounds and represent the Estates Team Carry out other reasonable duties within capability Maintain training matrix, liaise with TSM to discuss GAPS in training, booking training and sending e-learning reminders to all staff. Complexity: The department is responsible for the delivery of the Maintenance Services to the Acute Hospital which require a significant volume of information to be collated in order to ensure compliance. The candidate will need to be comfortable liaising both with clients and subcontractors. The candidate will ideally have an appreciation of the various items/ certification required to demonstrate such installations are fully compliant and complete. Qualifications or Required Experience: Essential Strong organisational skills. Ability to work proactively with a can-do attitude. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite, including Office. Desirable Ideally possess experience, or an understanding of the principles Building Services Installations. Experience of using CAFM Systems.
