We’re on the lookout for a talented National Account Manager to help drive growth and manage key relationships within ASDA.

In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with a range of internal teams, including Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain, to maximize opportunities and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and manage the P&Ls, distribution goals, and category performance across ASDA.
2. Provide actionable insights through weekly and periodic sales reports, closely analysing key financial metrics.
3. Lead the promotional nomination process, both internally and externally.
4. Identify new growth opportunities within ASDA (e.g., shipper activations) and partner with the Category team to build compelling stories that influence customer decisions.
5. Develop and nurture strong relationships both internally with cross-functional teams and externally with the customer.
6. Create tailored customer plans by understanding ASDA’s unique needs and strategic objectives.
7. Own and drive a bespoke strategy for ASDA Express, creating win-win outcomes for both parties.
8. Champion ASDA within the business, sharing insights and best practices across the sales community.
9. Commit to your own professional development with a proactive, growth-driven personal development plan.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A proven track record in branded account management within the FMCG sector, particularly in fast-paced environments.
2. A strong ability to meet sales targets and bring brands to life through impactful in-store activations.
3. Excellent relationship-building skills, with experience managing key customer accounts.
4. A skilled communicator who can influence and engage a variety of stakeholders.
5. An entrepreneurial mindset, with strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
6. A passion for personal growth and a drive to continuously improve in your role.
7. Strong presentation and negotiation skills that resonate with customers and internal teams alike.
8. Advanced Excel and MS Office skills, with the ability to analyse data, reports, and trends effectively.
9. Solid commercial understanding and an ability to navigate key revenue management levers.
