The school support young people aged 2 – 19 with complex needs and who have an Education, Health and Care Plan in place. About the role: Sociable hours, NO WEEKENDS – 8.30am-3.30pm (these hours may vary by 45 minutes) Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN. Assist with classroom activities and help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support student development. Be a source of motivation, encouragement, and positivity for your students.
