I am thrilled to support an outstanding business to recruit an HRIS Specialist out of London, Oxford, or the surrounding areas. This role sits within a well-established team, supporting a complex global headcount, using SuccessFactors daily. You will take ownership of SuccessFactors configuration, working on multiple module upgrades, continuous improvement, bug fixes, new features, and quarterly rollouts. This is a very hands-on role where there is little to no reliance on HRIS consultancy firms and 3rd party vendors, meaning you can roll your sleeves up and get stuck into some outstanding work.
Key responsibilities:
1. Act as the go-to technical expert for SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Drive improvements and automation of HR processes using global HR systems.
3. Optimize the use of HR technology investments by delivering solutions that address key organizational needs.
4. Collaborate across HR and IT teams to identify and implement opportunities for HR digital transformation.
5. Assess, configure, and roll out new HRIS features and tools to adapt to changing business requirements.
6. Offer technical support and lead training sessions to empower HR staff and employees.
7. Oversee daily HRIS operations, ensuring smooth and efficient system performance.
8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance HR technology strategies.
