Role Overview: As a Private Client Paralegal, you will provide essential support to the team, playing a key role in progressing client files and ensuring smooth administrative operations. You will work closely with fee earners, handling a variety of responsibilities, including drafting Wills, managing client communications, and maintaining case files to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Manage and progress client files under team guidance, including drafting Wills. Respond to telephone inquiries and welcome walk-in clients with professionalism. Undertake audio-typing duties for fee earners. Maintain and update allocated cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a secretarial, assistant, or paralegal role within private client law. Strong expertise in progressing client files and managing casework. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. A high level of professionalism and discretion.
