WHAT KIND OF PERSON DO WE NEED? Someone who is fun, kind, a safe and reliable role model Calm, enthusiastic, creative, and have a great sense of humour A team player, who is keen to grow and work on their own skills Physically fit, happy to work hours around the needs of our children, and not offended by the odd swear word Resilient, emotionally aware, and level-headed Able to see beyond behaviour and seek to understand the communication of need Someone who is happy to use our cars to drive our young people to activities and appointments Someone who has an NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care - Children & Young People or the Diploma Level 3 Children / Young People Workforce OR Equivalent Someone who has at least 18 months experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting. Someone who has experience of lone working and are able to know and use their own initiative in decision making.
