Job Overview: The Global Corporate Services team is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of corporate services for our global corporate needs. This includes managing internal and external incorporation processes, various licences, permits, resident directors, and registered addresses across multiple jurisdictions. It is anticipated that the product range dealt with by this role holder will expand and extend over time. This role requires a proactive individual who can improve processes, manage cross functional relationships within the business and maintain partner relationships. This individual must provide practical advice on corporate structure and substantive corporate and compliance legal matters. Whilst there are country specific requirements this is a global role and the Partner is expecting to have a broad knowledge of such areas globally and the ability to learn and understand new jurisdictions quickly and efficiently to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Expansion and Compliance: Project manage entity incorporations globally by working cross-functionally with teams such as, Expansion Ops, Treasury and Legal. This responsibility involves managing partner relationships and overseeing maintenance of the entity following incorporation, ensuring efficient and compliant operations. Compliance: Manage legal compliance and corporate governance by coordinating with stakeholders including Finance Ops team, Mobility team, Tax team, and the Business Operations team on projects regarding global payroll and mobility compliance with company practices and local requirements. Strategic Leadership and Operational Efficiency: Responsible for establishing and building new product launches and internal management systems for cost management, entities registrations/maintenance and commercial projects. Team Leadership: Lead and support junior team members on global services, corporate matters and operational efficiency, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and optimise operational efficiency. Document Drafting: Work with complex and practice-specific legal and governance documents, forms, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times. Document Management and Organization: Manage, organise and accurately maintain physical and electronic documents and files in an efficient and timely manner for all entities. Qualifications 6 years plus of proven experience in relevant areas including solid understanding of legal corporate and global services, including incorporation, licences, permits, and related compliance matters across diverse jurisdictions. Bachelor's degree in law, corporate administration or related field. General understanding of corporate and commercial legal matters across various jurisdictions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of driving initiatives independently and supporting or leading a geographically dispersed team. Ability to improve and streamline processes and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
