Description The Risk & Assurance Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of Heathrow’s risk and assurance strategy. This role involves partnering with Senior Leaders to ensure each department's risk and assurance needs are met, evolving the enterprise risk management framework for quarterly reporting to Executive Committees, assisting functions with risk management advice, supporting the Risk & Assurance Managers and providing assurance on the management of the risk landscape. There will also be the potential to broaden your experience by supporting the wider team with business continuity and resilience activities where necessary. Responsibilities Your role will involve: Supporting the Head of Risk & Assurance and the Risk & Assurance Manager in ensuring that Heathrow’s agreed approach to risk management and assurance is delivered consistently across the company and that special focus on the identification and exploration of opportunities is maintained. Acting as the subject matter expert for risk management and assurance and take active steps to ensure that a positive risk culture is embedded across the company and functions, consultant and contracting teams. Preparing, updating and running risk models to inform the reported position of the anticipated overall outcomes. Facilitating collaboration with our stakeholders to promote consistency, transparency and confidence in approach and data, to enable a clear understanding of company-wide risk exposure. Providing advice, guidance and contribution to risk-based decision making at various levels of the organisation. Qualifications Demonstrable experience of working in a role related to enterprise risk management, within a risk and assurance function. Excellent communication and presentation skills, evidenced through delivering across a broad range of stakeholders at all levels across the business. Adept at presenting complex information to senior executives and shareholders, for example delivering quarterly reporting. Ideally, you’ll also have: Risk certification, such as IRM or APM Experience in developing risk and assurance models for large organisations or entities of equivalent complexity to allow you to bring a fresh perspective from outside. Good working knowledge of the systems and toolsets used for Risk Management (e.g. ARM), and cost and schedule risk analysis systems (e.g. Safran, Acumen Fuse). LI-RH1 LI-Hybrid
