As a Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers. Must be able to work as part of a team and as an individual with self-motivation to complete daily tasks.
* To receive customers and their vehicles in a friendly and professional manner, discuss and confirm their requirements and take responsibility for the vehicle during its time at the dealership.
* To ensure all customer and vehicle data is correctly captured and loaded to the Dealer Management System (full training will be given) and updated as required.
* To ensure that repair orders are raised and processed according to the established guidelines and that work is completed to schedule and required standard.
* Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed, throughout the service process including follow up.
* Be transparent and conduct efficient handovers fully explaining repairs and invoices for customers.
* Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
* Driving license required.
Experience preferred but not essential.
