One of my well respected clients is currently seeking an experienced Residential Legal Secretary to join a dynamic and busy conveyancing team based in Coulsdon.
The ideal candidate will have up-to-date experience in conveyancing, be highly organized, and able to hit the ground running. You will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to fee earners, ensuring smooth operation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the residential conveyancing department
2. Managing diary appointments, meetings, and deadlines for fee earners
3. Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties professionally and efficiently
4. Assisting with the preparation of legal bundles and contracts
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years working as a Conveyancing Legal Assistant.
