Personal Assistant - Rochester – Full Time Office based - Up to £40,000
A highly successful ecommerce company is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to support the Directors in the business. This company is going through hyper growth and they are looking for a talented Personal Assistant, who can assist with providing general support to the Directors to make their day – to – day lives easier, allowing them to focus on the business.
Areas of responsibilities:
* Diary management, scheduling meetings and planning events
* Organising staff social events
* General personal support to the Directors to make their day-to-day lives easier
* Greet and provide hospitality to guests and visitors
* Coordinating and booking international travel
* Assist in the creation of presentation decks & regular reports
* Screening Director’s phone calls, enquiries and requests
* Ordering office equipment
Personal Profile:
* At least 2 years’ experience in an EA/ PA role
* Very organised and comfortable in an extremely fast environment where no two days are the same
* Strong IT skills – specifically with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and Teams)
* Great attention to detail
* Confident and motivated team player
* The ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Package:
* Basic salary up to £40,000 DOE
