Pulse have recently partnered with one of the UK’s specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Lincoln, which is easily accessible via public transport.
About the role:
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be working in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice.

Your main responsibilities as a Pharmacy Technician:
* Lead, manage and develop the pharmacy operational technical service related to medicines homecare in line with national guidelines and local policy and procedures
* Provide specialist technical support to the Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Procurement Team in the matter of homecare medicines
* Ensure medicines homecare services for patients are of a consistently high quality by working alongside and liaising with homecare companies, hospital nursing, medical and pharmacy staff and representatives of the pharmaceutical industry
* Provide dispensary and ward based medicines management services
What we are looking for in a Pharmacy Technician:
* Registered with General Pharmaceutical Council
* Knowledge of medicines legislation
