ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be fully trained in all areas of our warehouse logistics, including Goods In, Picking, Packing, Assembly, and Dispatch. Attention to detail is paramount. Good computer skills are essential for this role, as we are a paperless warehouse. We are a very busy, friendly warehouse team that supports each other in all aspects of work and community life at Acorn. We have an inclusive and progressive attitude to our working practices and hope to find another great member to add to our team.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS/ DESCRIPTION
* No experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to work as a team is essential.
* Attention to detail and accuracy are key for this role, as well as the ability to set and work to deadlines.
* Adherence to our health and safety procedures is essential to ensure your safety and those around you.
* Assisting in all aspects of warehouse activities and providing exceptional customer service.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft products/ability to track and input items onto our system—we have a paperless system, so strong computer skills are essential, as the successful candidate will be working with tablets as well as computers.
* A manual driving license is essential.
* A DRB (formally CRB) check may be required as some sites require enhanced security clearance.

Candidates will be subject to a 6-month paid probationary period to assess their capability in this job role.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Friday 7:30 am - 12:00 pm.
