Admin Assistant

Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Admin Assistant based in Cardiff. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job:
1. Provide administration support for the team and wider office.
2. Complete reports, raise purchase orders, electronic filing, data management and migration, as well as data entry.
3. Assist with basic procurement tasks, speaking to suppliers and management, adding and updating spreadsheets.
4. Support meetings, record keeping, book rooms for training and meetings.
5. Assist with application completion and diary management.
6. Email inbox management, and answering routine correspondence as required.
The candidate:
1. Previous experience working in an office environment.
2. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Sharepoint; knowledge of SAP desired.
3. Working experience of supporting and organising meetings, including minute taking.
