About the Role
As a Property Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections and creating inventory reports for rented properties in and around London. Your attention to detail and professionalism will be key to delivering high-quality services to our clients.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you must:
1. Have previous experience as a Property Inventory Clerk.
2. Be proficient in using Inventory Base software.
3. Have access to a car or be comfortable traveling via public transport.
4. Possess excellent written and spoken English.
5. Demonstrate a very good eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
6. Be punctual, reliable, and able to manage your time effectively.
7. Present yourself professionally with smart casual attire.
8. Have strong communication skills to liaise professionally with clients and partners.
9. Be available to work Weekends.
10. Be willing to cover the Greater London area.
