Annual staff party with complimentary food and drink. Key Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie : Prepare and present high quality, consistent dishes. Maintain quality in daily food presentation and contribute to menu development. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen. Who You Are: Experienced in a kitchen and ready for a new challenge. Food Safety Level 3 desirable but will be provided if necessary. Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Ability to work well under pressure as part of a team and independently.
