Salary: £11.44 - £12.83 per hour

Our waiting lists are growing! In each of our 16 settings, we create experiences that are special, unique, and child-focused. Our staff are specially selected for their loving and caring nature, as well as their expertise. The needs of military families are unique, and at RAFAKidz, we take extra care to ensure those needs are met.
Role Overview
We are looking for Casual Early Years Practitioners who have a genuine love for children, warmth, patience, and a great sense of humour! A typical day in the role will include (depending on your experience):
1. Being hands-on and creative with messy and outdoor play activities.
2. Helping with meals and snack times.
3. Keeping records on children’s progress and daily activities.
4. Maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene.
5. Meeting and greeting families and building great relationships.
6. Being willing to learn from colleagues to understand EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
Requirements
This post requires a satisfactory, enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check on appointment and every three years thereafter. We encourage applications across all cultural backgrounds, genders, and abilities.
