We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our administrative team to support the COVID delivery vaccination programme for our various sites across Central area.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at band level and develop your administrative skills, applications are also welcome from staff currently working on bank contracts.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will act as the first point of contact within the Vaccination Centre. They will provide Information, Advice and Assistance to all stakeholders, arranging and administering vaccination appointments for the Health Community, offering comprehensive admin support and actively promoting and maximising communication between all stakeholders, the nursing and medical teams, citizens and relatives.
