JobSummary: The Field Care Supervisor plays a crucial rolein ensuring the delivery of highquality care to our clients in thecommunity. This hybrid role requires adynamic individual who can effectively split their time betweenfieldwork and office duties. The Field Supervisor will oversee theperformance and wellbeing of our care staff ensure compliance withcare plans and maintain strong relationships with clients theirfamilies and otherstakeholders.
* Performspot checks audits and assessments to ensure compliance with careplans company policies and regulatorystandards.
* Provide onthespot supportand guidance to care staff addressing any issues or concernspromptly.
* Ensure that all caredocumentation is accurate uptodate and reflective of clientsneeds.
* Build and maintain positiverelationships with clients and their families acting as a point ofcontact for any queries orconcerns.
* Facilitate staff trainingand development in the field ensuring that care workers areequipped with the necessary skills andknowledge.
* Provide emergency carecover when required.
* Provide out ofhours emergency cover during the week and on alternateweekends.
* Coordinateand schedule care staff assignments ensuring optimal coverage andcontinuity of care.
* Conductperformance reviews provide feedback and identify training needsfor care workers.
* Compile reports oncare quality staff performance and client satisfaction presentingfindings to senior management.
* Workcollaboratively with the operations and care coordination team toensure seamless servicedelivery.
* Attend regular meetingsboth internal and external representing the company in aprofessional manner.
* On call dutiesto include answering and dealing with any emergency calls outsideof office hours. Make a record of eachcall and action taken.
* Mentoring newstaff
* Undertake qualityassessments.
* Undertake service userassessments andreviews
Transfer dailyon call notes to IT SUfiles
Produce anddistribute monthly Bradcare MARs
Produce generalMAR charts as instructed byManager
Deal with MAR /Medicationqueries

Weekend working on calland some morning and evening shifts are required due to the natureof the business and roster is set by the manager of the services toensure duties and tasks are distributed fairly amongst theteam.
