People Coordinator - Part time - Northampton

We are looking for a People Coordinator to join our Support Centre, based in Northampton.
You will play a key role delivering efficient and effective day-to-day administration and advice across all aspects of the employee life cycle. As the primary point of contact for employee queries, you will provide high level support to our practice teams.
Role Duties:
1. Creating and maintaining a wide range of employee records
2. Drafting and issuing new starter documents, including contracts of employment and Right to Work checks
3. Daily monitoring and maintenance of the HR Mailbox
4. Administering the leaver process
5. Provide clear, concise, and timely advice in response to queries from employees and line managers and escalate when necessary
6. Running reports
7. Ensuring trainees are enrolled on the relevant training courses
8. Administer the employee intranet
Requirements:
9. Experience in a similar position
10. Experience of HR Software system would be an advantage, but is not essential - our current system is CASCADE
11. Effective communicator both verbal and written
12. Ability to work in a fast-moving environment of a rapidly growing company.
13. Ability to manage own time and work to agreed deadlines
14. Excellent inter-personal skills, a strong collaborator
15. Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to working
16. Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
17. Experience in using Microsoft Office
