HR Advisor, Deeside, c£30,000, Permanent, 4 days office-based and 1 day home-based Our client is a well-established organisation with a strong commitment to employee wellbeing and operational excellence. Due to the growth of their HR team, they are now seeking to hire an HR Advisor to support their ongoing HR initiatives. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a real impact within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Reporting into the HR Manager, this role will be pivotal in providing proactive HR support across absence management, wellbeing, and family-friendly policies. You will offer expert advice to managers at all levels, ensuring that cases are managed effectively, in line with company policies and legal requirements. Additionally, you will work closely with the wider HR team to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices while maintaining a focus on positive outcomes for both the business and its employees. You will have a strong background in managing HR cases, with particular experience in absence management, wellbeing, and family-friendly policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously and build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders. A commercial mindset and the ability to navigate complex issues with practical and creative solutions will be key to your success in this role. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified (Level 5 or equivalent) and have a proven track record in HR advisory roles.
