Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Real Estate Senior Analyst at Initio Sphere. Leverage your analytical skills to provide data-driven insights and financial evaluations for key stakeholders in the Commercial Real Estate space. As a CRE Analyst at Initio Sphere, you’ll play a vital role in helping investors and developers make strategic decisions. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for conducting acquisition analysis, providing market insights, financial modeling, due diligence, underwriting, and finance tasks. The role is located in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with the option for some work from home.
Responsibilities
* Conduct market research and feasibility studies for CRE projects.
* Prepare detailed financial models, including cash flow projections and IRR analysis.
* Analyze market trends to identify investment opportunities and risks.
* Collaborate with brokers, developers, and investors to support transaction processes.
* Create professional reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in real estate analysis, finance, or a related field.
* Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling proficiency
* Experience in Due Diligence and Underwriting
* Strong background in Finance
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Detail-oriented and critical thinking abilities
* Proficiency in Excel, Argus, and other financial modeling tools.
