Job Description
1. You will lead on the public fundraising program which includes individual giving, digital, community, events, and legacies.
2. You will help generate annual targets in line with the budgets and KPI metrics set.
3. You will adopt an insight-led approach and advise other internal teams on this topic area.
4. You will manage and develop the database of fundraising, which includes GDPR compliance.
5. You will utilize direct marketing channels to recruit and retain supporters across various products, including cash, regular giving, digital lead generation, events, and legacies.
6. You will deliver creative and effective new fundraising products.
7. You will liaise with the comms team to enhance the supporter journey using data analysis and insights.
8. You will build relationships with supporters to generate income.
9. You will set, monitor, and report on income and spending budgets and key performance indicators.
The Successful Applicant
1. Experience in individual giving, community events, and legacies.
2. Program planning, budget management, and reporting skills.
3. Experience analyzing data to inform activities.
4. Understanding of fundraising trends.
5. Experience growing a supporter base.
