Main Responsibilities as Digital Analyst:
* Analyse large sets of digital data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualise data and communicate findings.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
* Use data storytelling techniques to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and engaging way.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital analytics tools and trends.
* Support the delivery of the commercial performance of the web sites, through quotes, sales, value and engagement.
* Identify key areas of focus to optimise and drive performance of the aggregator journey working closely with the Commercial Team.
* Provide detailed insights and recommendations into customer behaviour, online journeys, conversion rate optimisation and funnel analysis using web analytic tools and other data sources.
* Work collaboratively with the wider Digital Marketing team on analytics requirements and measurement for product launches, regulatory change, small change and project delivery.
* Work as part of an agile team as an SME in analytics to aid scrum teams in development work, working with Product Owners and Business Leads where required.
* Work collaboratively across the marketing acquisition function to maximise conversion and value and improve the user experience.
Skills and experience you need as Digital Analyst:
* Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide clear recommendations and plans for business growth.
* Stellar analytical ability with capability to transform online critical metric CX data into impactful insights and execute upon them.
* A keen interest in and experience of digital channels and their role in the promotion and distribution of Financial Services products.
* Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
* Flexible and adaptable with an ability to drive change forward in the business through strong influence of business areas.
* Ability to work on several projects or key work streams simultaneously.
* Determination to deliver with a proactive, creative approach to development and problem-solving.
* Analytical experience with the ability to interpret results and drive action.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate and document rationale and planning.
* Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and relationship building skills, across all business functions.
* Team player, articulate and confident.
* High precision and attention to detail.
