As our Office Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient office environment while supporting the team with various activities and events. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Facilities and Compliance Managers to ensure smooth and safe operations of our premises and serve as a key holder for the office. Assist the People Team in planning and executing charity events, social gatherings, and activities, including Christmas parties and team dinners. Organise couriers and coordinate sample order packaging each afternoon and manage daily post and Royal Mail collections. Monitor and order office supplies, including stationery, food, and snacks, ensuring dietary needs are met and waste is minimised. Oversee reception duties, greeting guests and managing parcel distribution. Arrange catering and refreshments for meetings and visitor events. Handle ad hoc orders such as gifts, vouchers, and special requests. Provide travel, expense, and administrative support for the Managing Director. Ensure seamless cover for all responsibilities during absences. Knowledge and Experience Proven experience in an office management role, handling multiple priorities confidently. Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High integrity, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality. A proactive problem solver with a “task ownership” attitude.
