COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT - INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT - INSIDE IR35 One of Loriens Dundee based Public sector clients are looking for a strong Communications assistant to join their team on an initial 6 month contract. To work with the Communications Managers and Communications Officers to carry out a range of communications, marketing and digital engagement tasks which support the organisations Communications and Policy Department. This includes: social media management content creation across all platforms our internal and external email newsletters updating our website and intranet information materials. Essential Skills: Demonstrable experience in a communications, marketing or information assistant role. Experience using social media. Experience of writing and proofreading copy for online newsletters, leaflets etc. Operating within busy environment. Handling confidential information. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to analyse results/insights. Concise and clear oral and written skills. Effective organisational skills and time management. Set and prioritise own workload. Effective administrative skills and ability to meet deadlines.
