Then come join the EU Consumables Customer Experience team We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager who will lead efforts to shape, define, and develop new CX features that make Amazon the destination of shopping Everyday Essentials. You will work directly with Engineering, UX, and across product families to deliver the best experiences for customers. The ideal candidate will have Product Management experience, specifically in launching front-end customer features. Additionally, you should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, and be an excellent communicator (both verbal and written). Key job responsibilities - Define a clear vision and roadmap for CX features in coordination with our tech partners. - Partner and influence cross functionally to drive innovative features that are meaningful and impactful to customers. - Assess benefit and impact of new features and deliver without compromising long-term thinking. - Passionately advocate for the customer, integrate strong and clear analysis, as well as business rationale to make sound decisions. - Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and partner relationships, including work prioritization, planning, and delivery. - Strong bias for action with an ability to iterate and operate in a fast-paced environment.
