Key Responsibilities for the 1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer:
1. Keep the IT Documentation up to date
2. Manage multiple tickets and projects
3. Assist technical support requests within the team and work on 1st/2nd line tickets and projects
4. Ensure good communication with both customers and staff
5. Meet and exceed SLAs
6. Occasional overtime offered
Skills Required for the 1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer:
1. Strong written and spoken communication skills
2. Experience working with Microsoft technologies (incl. Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365) (essential)
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. 1st Line Service Desk experience (essential)
5. 2nd Line Service Desk experience (essential)
6. Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience (desired)
7. Exceptional customer service skills and engagement
8. You must be within a 45 minute commute from Shoreham-By-Sea.
