Solutions4Health are delighted to be offering the role of Sexual Healthcare Receptionist in Doncaster. This is a Part-time role working 16 hours per week with a salary of £9679.00 per annum. Role Summary We are seeking a friendly and open-minded individual to join our sexual health services team. You should be non-judgmental, empathetic, and respectful of patients' diverse lifestyles while maintaining confidentiality. The role requires self-motivation, resilience, and a commitment to ensuring a positive patient experience. Strong IT skills are essential, as you'll use systems for booking and communication. Based in our Hereford clinic, you may occasionally assist with outreach services across the county. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, with some late evenings and early finishes, covered by a rotating reception team. If you're organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting people, we’d love to hear from you Main Duties and Responsibilities: Join our sexual health services team, where you’ll provide high-quality administrative and patient support. Key responsibilities include: Booking and registering patients using IT systems. Managing appointments, patient communication, and referrals. Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Assisting with stock checks and basic housekeeping duties. You must have excellent IT skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and the ability to discuss sensitive topics respectfully. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, opening at 9:00 AM, with two late evenings (closing at 7:30 PM) and one early finish at 1:30 PM. You will work on a rota system with two other reception team members to ensure reception and phone lines are covered during operating hours. Occasional outreach duties may also be required.
