Cleverly is in hyper-growth mode with 1,200+ clients and adding 150+ new clients a month. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Executive in Europe to help us expand internationally and help more businesses around the world scale. Posting is for United Kingdom, but anywhere in Europe is acceptable! Job is remote, but on European time.
The Company: Cleverly is a B2B tech-enabled sales and marketing agency that helps innovative businesses drive sales leads and close more deals using cold LinkedIn outreach, LinkedIn content, cold email outreach, and advanced sales tactics.

Role & Responsibility:
* Full-time + Remote, working European Hours
* Pitch 5-15 inbound, qualified prospects on a daily basis which will be pre-booked on your calendar
* Easily handle objections and answer questions from potential clients over the phone and email
* Conducts sales needs analysis with new and prospective customers, to educate them on the best solution
* Responsible for achieving a monthly unit quota
* Qualifies new prospects and see if they are a good fit for our services
* Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information
* Works in conjunction with other business services groups, including support and account management
* Attends all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management
Requirements for Success:
* Fluent English with no grammatical errors in written or spoken communications
* At least one year of B2B sales experience closing deals (cold calling, BDR/SDR alone won't suffice)
* Proven sales success at previous roles (hitting quota consistently, #1 at company, etc.)
* Loves sales and a hungry, go-getter mindset
* Maintains energy while taking several calls a day
* Strong and persuasive storyteller
* Comfortable on the phone when talking to high level business executives
* Empathetic (innate ability to understand people and business)
* Charismatic, hard working, self-motivated
* Self-educator (books, podcasts, etc.)
* Growth mindset (willingness to improve on skills when they are lacking)
* Process oriented (systematic in your approach)
Compensation & Benefits:
€33,000 base -> €55,000 OTE (commission earned for each closed deal)
