Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of business development for the UK market
* Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities in key sectors
* Sell EWL’s process outsourcing solutions tailored to client needs
* Build long-term client relationships and become a trusted advisor
* Represent EWL in the market—build brand awareness and credibility
* Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Lay the foundation for a future UK-based sales and operations team
Requirements:
* Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment, RPO, or BPO
* Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in new market development
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Strong understanding of process outsourcing and workforce solutions
* Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution
* Willingness to travel as needed within the UK
* Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
