Description The Role: Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the business. Manage and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees. Handle absence and holiday tracking, ensuring accurate records are kept. Assist with HR compliance and policy updates in line with employment law. Respond to general HR queries from employees and managers. Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate data entry.Profile HR Administrator - What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an HR administration or similar role.
