What You'll Be Doing:
1. Planning & Coordination:
1. Organise customer orders into efficient production campaigns.
2. Collaborate with production teams to allocate manufacturing capacity.
3. Monitor order progress, report on priorities, and resolve planning issues.
4. Communicate with Sales regarding any delays or capacity constraints.
2. Procurement & Stock Management:
1. Manage raw materials and consumables using forecasts and stock checks.
2. Place orders with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
3. Maintain accurate stock levels—avoiding shortages or excess.
4. Regularly review stock allocations in collaboration with Sales.
3. Logistics & Transport:
1. Arrange transport for on-time deliveries.
2. Coordinate incoming and outgoing schedules with transport providers.
3. Optimise transport costs by negotiating with alternative suppliers.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience in procurement, supply chain, or production planning.
2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication.
4. Good numerical skills and proficiency in Excel.
5. Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
