Our Site Director, Ivor, and his team at our brand new Folkestone Services near Hythe are looking for an energetic and adaptable Customer Care Team Member to join their McDonald's team. You will be part of the iconic McDonald's brand, while the team focuses on cooking and serving the nation's favourite menu items. Your role will be ensuring our customers receive the best service on the motorway.
We offer working patterns on either a Full or Part Time basis, with a variety of shifts available. Our pay rates will vary depending on your age.
What will set you apart?
It would be ideal for you to have worked in a similar or customer-facing role before; however, this is not required. We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service, ensuring everyone leaves with a smile on their face. And if you've never been in a similar role before, don't worry! Full training will be provided to help you excel as an excellent Crew Member while growing both personally and professionally.
