Our client, a well-established and hugely-successful business in the Financial Services industry located in Kings Hill is seeking a Business Analyst to join their friendly and driven team on a permanent basis, assisting in providing a clear vision and roadmap for the business moving forward.
As a Business Analyst you will be working closely with multiple teams, using your analytical mindset and transferable skills in order to strive for continuous progression and improvement within the business across all functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Change Manager and Tests Analysts to ensure changes are being worked in the correct priority order
- Use of clear communication to liaise with colleagues and different departments within the business
- Escalate any specific problems to the Line Manager for discussion
- Creation of documents such as Business Cases, User Stories and Project Initiation Plans
- Creation of process mapping in Visio
- Understanding of test plans
- Make suggestions for process improvement
Key Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Business Analyst is essential, minimum of 2 years
- Good understanding of process improvement and strategic planning
- Previous experience in writing Business Requirements Documents is imperative
- Previous experience of Visio software would be highly advantageous although not essential
- Ability to liaise between multiple departments and teams within the business
- Experience in taking on board change and improvement requests, implementing these into the business accordingly
- Experience in the design, shaping and implementation of business change projects
