You will be working as part of the New Business team to maintain good relationship with new business introducers. You will be required to have administration experience ideally from a legal or professional services background along with excellent customer service skills. Duties include Provide comprehensive support to the Conveyancing department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Prepare correspondence using a case management system, maintaining a high level of accuracy. Attend to clients both on the telephone and in person, offering guidance and support throughout their move. Administer filing systems, including daily filing and the management of client files. Maintain strong relationships with new business introducers Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch, and arrange the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
