The ideal candidate will be friendly, welcoming, well-organised, efficient, flexible, motivated and able to cope under pressure.The successful candidate will oversee the reception facility, answering calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries, signing in visitors and ensuring all visitors are appropriately monitored, dealing with transport, dealing with pupil enquiries and contacting home if required; as well as providing general clerical and administrative support and maintaining school records.This post complements our existing admin team and will join another member of staff at Reception.This position is subject to enhanced DBS disclosure.
