Key responsibilities will include:
• Focusing on process restructuring and optimisation.
• Manage the month and year end processes, including reporting enhancements.
• Aligning accounting policies and procedures.
• Budgeting, forecasting and strategic business planning.
• Direct team management and development of both qualified and part-qualified accountants.
• Finance Business Partnering with operational managers for improved MI reporting.
• Accounting Software implementation and upgrades.
• Cash flow forecasting and analysis.
To be successful in this position advanced skill sets and experiences will include:
• A qualified accountant with previous financial management experience.
• Business process and supply chain automation project management.
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and with the team utilising best practice.
• Experience and proficiency in finance systems alongside Advanced Excel skills.
Remuneration package includes:
• Up to £75,000 dependant on experience.
