We are seeking a Senior Procurement Director to join an industry-leading FMCG brand, responsible for shaping and executing a best-in-class procurement strategy across EMEA. This is a high-visibility leadership role, offering the chance to influence sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimisation for one of the most recognised names in the sector.
📍 Location: Uxbridge, London
💰 £125,000 + £12,500 Car Allowance + Bonus + wider package

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
✅ Developing & Executing Procurement Strategy – Implement a multi-year roadmap focusing on continuity of supply, cost optimisation, and strategic sourcing.
✅ Supplier & Vendor Management – Establish and manage long-term relationships with key suppliers, ensuring alignment on capacity, quality, and pricing.
✅ Cost Optimisation & Value Creation – Lead pricing reviews, cost modelling, and competitive tenders to ensure best landed costs across raw materials, packaging, transport, and co-manufacturing.
✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Operations, Strategic Planning, and Finance to align procurement efforts with overall business goals.
✅ Data-Driven Decision Making – Utilise market analysis, commodity trends, and forecasting to drive procurement efficiency.
✅ Contract Negotiation & Compliance – Ensure contracts align with business needs and drive best-in-class commercial terms.
✅ Continuous Improvement – Identify and execute process improvement opportunities within the procurement function to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
What You Bring to the Table:
✔️ Extensive procurement experience within the FMCG industry, ideally in a leadership role.
✔️ Strong commercial acumen with experience in strategic sourcing and cost management.
✔️ Exceptional negotiation and supplier management skills.
✔️ Experience with SAP and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
✔️ Ability to analyse large data sets and translate insights into actionable procurement strategies.
✔️ Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
✔️ A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
