Job Description
This role involves working closely with the Customer Excellence + Account Management sales teams to plan strategic campaigns to engage and retain customers, promote loyalty and advocacy, and drive revenue growth.
You will identify and execute cross-sell campaigns for our Talent, Workforce Management, SD Worx Academy, and consultancy offerings. This includes creating content that showcases the value proposition of our services to existing customers.
