Teaching both face-to-face and virtually, using an online training portal for the latter. Assessing learners' progress using a variety of assessment methods. Ensuring that all customers, internally and externally, receive an excellent customer service experience. Supporting the verification process with accreditation bodies, such as Gateway and the Skills Education Group, for training delivered. These courses will also range from accredited, standardised courses to more bespoke non-accredited courses. Providing an effective learning environment for all learners, through identification and incorporation of Varied Learning Styles, as well as consideration of additional learning needs and/or disabilities.
