Job Title: Receptionist/Sales Administrator
Our client is a prestigious new car dealership seeking to recruit a Receptionist/Sales Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
1. Welcome all customers visiting the dealership and deliver outstanding customer service.
2. Build rapport with customers, establish their needs quickly, and assist as required.
3. Greet customers and introduce them to the service, parts, and sales departments.
4. Answer telephone calls and relay messages as needed.
5. Provide refreshments to customers while they wait.
6. Maintain a friendly and organized showroom environment.
7. Perform administrative duties for the dealership, including holiday cover, sickness records, and health & safety.
8. Work with initiative under pressure.
9. Assist with sales administration tasks, with training provided.
About You:
* Highly organized with excellent computer skills, including training on Excel.
* Smart appearance and excellent telephone manner.
* Driving license is preferable.
* Desire for progression within the company.
Working Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
