About The Role
The Office Manager role at IMSM is a key position responsible for supervising our Chelmsford office and Call Centre Team.
This individual will be responsible for the running of an office reporting to the European Manager. Working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service maintaining the highest standards of quality and staying up to date with evolving ISO standards.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Managing employee schedules and potential conflicts, overseeing the use of a dialler-system, manual calling, hard copy and internet-based data.
* Helping establish and maintain company procedures.
* Maximising the values of the organisation reporting to the European Manager.
* Handling Area Manager queries.
* Supporting recruitment of Call Centre employees.
* Training in German when required.
* General administration supporting wages for Chelmsford, Dusseldorf and other German staff.
* Liaising with German office, Germany Accountant and other IMSM offices/departments.
* Providing HubSpot training for Area Managers, training in German when required.
* Plan and coordinate meetings, manage agendas, and document action points.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
* Worked in a similar role for minimum of 3 years.
* Excellent written and verbal communication both in English and German is a must. French would be an advantage.
* Knowledge of HubSpot/Sales Force/Lusha.
* Strong analytical skills, particularly in tracking and interpreting performance metrics.
