One of the schools we work with in Warwick is looking for three fantastic Teaching Assistants to join their team after Easter. There are two roles in EYFS and one role in KS1, all with the potential to become permanent after July. The Roles You will be supporting students with Autism and other SEND needs, working in a collaborative and dynamic team environment. Each role will involve:
* Working with small groups or 1:1 to support children with SEND, focusing on their individual learning needs
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Assisting with emotional and social development, ensuring students feel safe and confident in the classroom
* Supporting the teacher in delivering engaging, effective lessons tailored to students' needs

What We’re Looking For
* At least a Level 2 qualification (or equivalent)
* Relevant and recent experience working with children, particularly in EYFS, KS1, and SEND
* Experience working with students with Autism and other SEND needs
* A proactive, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to learning support
* Ability to work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure students receive the best support
