Our client is looking for an experienced Finisher/Snagger for a contract role in Huddersfield. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi-skilled.
The Job and Duties of Finisher/Snagger Operative
* Undertaking repairs and renovating rooms, bringing properties up to the required level for sign-off.
* Painting and decorating.
* Multi-skilled operatives must be experienced.
Requirements for a Finisher
* You will need a Full UK driving license.
* Proven experience in the maintenance sector.
* Be able to provide at least two working references.
