About the role As an Exercise Physiologist you will work closely with clients to design and implement personalised exercise programs utilising both our gym and hydrotherapy pool for treatments. You will play an essential role in helping clients manage chronic conditions, recover from injury and improve overall physical health and wellbeing. You will also assist in the day-to-day operations of the hydrotherapy centre, ensuring all programs and services are offered in a safe and welcoming environment with an emphasis on best practice governance and legislation, while providing a high level of customer service to all patrons. Exercise Physiologist Accreditation Current First Aid (including Provide First Aid, Provide Basic Emergency Life Support and Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) A valid NSW Working with Children Check Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and monitor procedures and systems Sound technical knowledge in client programming High level communication and interpersonal skills Computer literate with the ability to use standard software packages Demonstrated commitment to corporate values of Penrith City Council Salary Permanent Full time : The salary for this position ranges from $76,329.00 - $88,355.00 per annum, plus 11.5% Superannuation. (Weekend penalty rates apply where applicable). Salary Permanent Part time : The salary for this position ranges from $38.63 - $44.71 per hour, plus 11.5% Superannuation. (Weekend penalty rates apply where applicable). This position has been identified as a Child-Related position under Child Protection laws in NSW.
