Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join the Buildings Division of our clients group. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, managing their accounts effectively, and driving business growth. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
* Understand clients’ goals, challenges, and industry trends
* Identify, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
* Present new products and/or services to existing customers
* Provide regular reports on account status, including forecasting
* Gather and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times
* Proficient in CRM systems and customer dashboards
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Account Management for multimillion-pound accounts
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple high-profile accounts and projects simultaneously
* Knowledge of the industry is beneficial, though consideration will be given to candidates with relevant experience from other sectors
* Proficient in CRM systems and customer dashboards
* Ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth
