Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Trainee Accounts Administrator/Receptionist to join a successful company in Luton.
This is an entry-level role, so will ideally suit a graduate or someone who has just left full time education and is looking for their first full time role.
No experience required as full training is given.
Requirements:
* Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Strong people skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.

* Good maths/numerical ability
* IT proficient in MS Office
The Role:
* Covering reception, meeting and greeting visitors
* Answering all incoming calls
* Responding to general queries via email and on the phone
* Manage diaries and booking appointments
* Issuing invoices (training given)
* All general admin tasks as required
Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm with one hour unpaid lunch (37.5 hour week)
Salary: Up to £23,810 pa. Benefits include Pension, Life Assurance, and ongoing training as required.
