We are seeking an Offering Product Manager in our London, Oxford, or Cambridge locations.
About the Role:
Quantinuum is seeking an Offering Product Manager to guide the strategic development and execution of our cloud platform, Quantinuum Nexus platform. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept development and market launch to continuous enhancement and adoption. You will collaborate closely with global teams, including technical product managers, engineers, sales, marketing, finance, and legal, to deliver customer-centric and revenue-driven cloud offerings.
The Offering Product Manager will work alongside the Technical Product Manager (TPM) to ensure alignment between market needs and technical capabilities. Reporting to the Offering Management Director, you will be responsible for defining and driving the go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and product roadmaps to ensure the long-term success of our cloud-based products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cloud Product Ownership: Lead the management of Nexus offerings, including business-as-usual operations and issue resolution, while working cross-functionally with global teams in the UK, US, and Japan.
* Product Lifecycle Leadership: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from market discovery (VOC, internal workshops) to product definition, readiness, launch, upgrades, and customer adoption.
* Revenue & Profitability: Drive revenue targets for Nexus cloud offerings by collaborating with sales and finance teams to define pricing strategies, meet sales bookings, and achieve P&L targets.
* Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans, ensuring product positioning resonates with target markets and supports business growth.
* Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, refine offerings, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adoption.
* Product Roadmap Development: Own the Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and prioritize features and improvements for cloud-based offerings. Collaborate with the TPM to ensure the product roadmap reflects both customer demands and technical capabilities.
* Financial Model Development: Work closely with finance to build business models that support pricing, margin expansion, and long-term product profitability.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including IT, marketing, finance, legal, and sales, to ensure the successful launch, adoption, and scaling of cloud offerings.
* Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to ensure the product remains ahead of industry trends and competitive threats.
* Operational Efficiency: Drive initiatives that reduce the cost of sales while enhancing the overall value and appeal of the cloud offerings.
* Executive Reporting: Prepare and deliver executive briefings, reporting progress and alignment with overall business goals to internal stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
YOU MUST HAVE:
* Master's degree minimum
* Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product or program management, with a focus on cloud platforms or SaaS/PaaS products.
* Experience developing cloud products, from ideation to launch and beyond, with a strong understanding of cloud architectures and microservices.

* Master's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Previous experience working with quantum computing and/or cloud products.
* Proven ability to lead product development while working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
* Strong decision-making capabilities, with the ability to make both two-way and one-way door decisions confidently and efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills for presenting to executives, collaborating across teams, and interfacing with customers.
* A strategic mindset for long-term product vision and roadmap development.
* A proactive attitude with a bias for action, identifying and solving problems before they escalate.
* Experience with pricing models, revenue targets, and financial performance tracking.
* Experience managing personnel, mentoring team members, and recruiting top talent.
